Marketing Director
Kira is the founder and director of URBANI Marketing. She is a Pacifc Northwest native, who is passionate about real estate, marketing and entrepreneurship. Kira received her MBA in 2019 from Presidio Graduate School and is also a licensed WA real estate agent.
When not at work, Kira enjoys staying active and spending time with family, friends and her two cats. She loves the outdoors, travel and is an avid sailing enthusiast!
Thea Smarr
Marketing Assistant
Thea is the marketing assistant and wearer of many hats at URBANI. She attended Washington State University and graduated in 2021 with a BA in Integrated Strategic Communications.
When Thea is not working, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, and getting outside. During the winter months, she spends her free time on the ski slopes. When the weather gets warm, she can be found on the water or sharpening her strokes on the golf course!
Alícia Homnack
Digital Designer
Alícia is a talented and creative designer who graduated from PUCC in Brazil in 2019 with a BA in Digital Design. She also recently obtained a certificate in Visual Communications from Shoreline Community Colleges in 2023.
In her free time, Alícia enjoys spending time with her family and two cats, going to flea markets and antique stores, and as any true PNW-er, camping and hiking on sunny days!
Andressa Dalecio
Social Media Specialist
Andressa has an impressive background, holding a BA in Graphic Design, and recently completed the User Experience Design certificate program at the School of Visual Concepts (SVC). With past experience as a Social Media Strategist for Digital Marketing agencies, Andressa brings invaluable expertise to our team.
In her free time Andressa enjoys spending time with her family, going to music concerts, and enjoying warm summer weather around the water as much possible. She also loves traveling and getting to know other cultures.
